ZocaloFoods.com processes most orders within 24-48 business hours of confirmation of order. You should expect to receive your order anywhere from 2-4 days after we have sent you a shipment confirmation e-mail. Heavy items may take longer as these are shipped via UPS to ensure your order arriving in good condition.
We try to do everything in our power to ship as quickly as possible so you can receive your order quickly. However, there may be times when part of an order has to be backordered. In this case we will notify you and keep you updated along the way.
